With the development of science and technology , knowledge economy has become the basis of the present age, human resource plays an impointennt role in economy development and business competition. The manage objective of bank is money and finance derivative depending on the servce of human. For this reason, the advantage and disadvantage of human resource has decided success or failure of the bank. Although we strive to pay attention to the human , but we do not develop and manage the manpower as human resource. In our country our business would not do that manpower is a kind of Intangible assets. Therefore, the paper introduce the basic theory of human resource perfectly and the advanced experience of overseas human resource management. What's more, we anaiysis the problems of our bank in human resource management and provide countermeature. We hope that this paper could cause the sympathetic response to the management and human resource manager, to realize the impointance of human resource management , creating the core competive power and promoting business developmemt.
