Structural Characteristics Of The Heilongjiang Provincial Tourism Employment And Development Potential

With the help of historical data of tourism statistics and relative statistics, this paper has systematically studied structural characteristics and potentiality in the development of tourism employment in Heilong Jiang Province by the following methods : discussion combined with investigation, quality as well as quantity, and comparison of other provinces and our province. This paper has not only carefully discussed the interrelationship of tourism industry and tourism employment, but also comprehensively summed up the dynamic changes and static features of structures of trades and regions of tourism employment in Heilong Jiang Province, on the basis of which underlying reasons are fully discussed. Furthermore, after putting forward the statement that the pyramid structure exists in the employment of tourism industry as well as in other industry, this paper summarizes the situation of demand and supply in tourism employment and points out it's trend and new increase in the future, concerning the present state of tourism industry in our province and the direction of national policy.
