Guizhou Avionics Development Of Enterprise Development Strategies

As one kind of precious resource, the river is of many functions such as water course transportation,power generating,flood prevention and agriculture irrigation .Due to the current situation of administration by industry ,many department actually share the management responsibilities of the river and resulted into inefficient use of this resource .In some area ,the local government only pay attention on the short term interest of developing the hydro power but put the water course transportation ,flood prevention and agriculture irrigation at the low priority .Compared with the west countries who have much better management on the river resource ,the water course transportation function of the river have not been given adequate emphasis in the comprehensive utilization.Navigation & hydropower junction development refers to a mode of multiple department involvement with the transportation administration as the head to build a comprehensive development and utilization of the water resource. This mode have achieved successfully in some other countries, especially in the European and America who have much high level of utilization with a good operational mechanism. In several provinces adjacent to Guizhou,such as Guangxi ,Sichuan and Hunan,some successful experience has been accumulated in setting up navigation & hydropower junction to push forward the development some other industries.In Guizhou Province .there is still yet a hydro power enterprise and set up a development mode with " Use Hydro power to enrich the Water course and by the hydro power to promote the utilization of the water course" will be a major development direction .While in the marketing economy ,the marketing operation mode must be adopted to develop the hydro power core industry .In the sense .this paper is to study the development strategy and the implementation of the strategy and provide some advice on the basis of investigating the importance and necessity of hydro power construction and organizing hydro power enterprises in Guizhou province .
