Grounding on the theory of reward management generated in the knowledge economy times, Consulting with the successful management experience of both domestic and foreign enterprises, Especially the character of firms in developed countries, the thesis makes an analysis in the developing condition and main problems existing in the reward management of Company, And a systemic study on the reward innovation strategy, reward system design and feedback procedure of reward innovation, to make the purpose of giving a theoretical and practical instruction to the innovation of reward management of BAOMING Company.Firstly, find out and uncover the problems remaining in the reward system of the Company.Secondly, by learning the theory of 'reward management of both domestic and foreign enterprises, Studying the characters of development of modem reward management, consulting with the manage experience of advanced countries, relating the character existing problem in BAOMING Company, from making target, policy, method and standard to designing the procedure, the thesis suggests an innovation project at a full screen, to instruct reward system design of the Company.Thirdly, consolidating the understanding, innovate the concept, making movement at all level, having staff all involved, upgrade the efficiency of reward design, to make the reward system meet the demand of persistent development category of the enterprise, and subsequently, to activate the enthusiasm and initiative of staff at all levels in the enterprise.As a final impose, to promote the development of enterprise, increase the revenue of enterprise, enforce the competitive ability enterprise. Via reward encouragement, solve the problem of out flowing of person with abilities to realize the increment of human resources. By adjusting the structure of reward, realize the urge on general staff, relate the individual benefits to that of the enterprise, remove the phenomenon of idleness, and advance the cooperate and power of the enterprise.Finally, by evaluating the innovation program, soliciting the comments of staff at all levels and aspects, to ensure the universality and practice feasibility of the program, and make the reward innovation equitable and disinterested. And finally make the reward management system a rule to promote the whole innovation of enterprise.
