This thesis ,based on the study of Zhongrun Company ,intents to combinemanagement theory with practice study, and to provide one kind of reference and anexample of stimulation mechanism to the same kind of enterprises.The main content of the thesis is as follows: First, the thesis makes comparisonstudy of the domestic and abroad Salary & Reward systems based on thecomprehensive statement of the domestic and abroad Salary & Reward theory andpractice;but this process is not at all easy. Undertaking enough difficulties differentcountries find their own Salary & Reward systems. Second, through communicationwith some of the employees of Zhongrun the present status and result fromimplementing Zhongrun Company's Salary & Reward system are evaluated in thethesis. Third, the thesis analyses the influential factors on the management ofZhongrun Company's Salary & Reward system. Fourth, the thesis establishesZhongrun Company's Salary & Reward philosophy and pattern, and designs aprogramme of Zhongrun Company's Salary & Reward. Fifth, implementationprocess is carried out and measures to guarantee Zhongrun Company's Salary &Reward programme are provided. Also, the implementation result from ZhongrunCompany's Salary & Reward programme is evaluated with some encouragingpoints.
