The Relationship Between Electricity And Economic Development In China To Explore And Long-term Power Load Forecasting

With the development of economy the electric power plays more and more important role in national economy, the mid-long term load forecasting which connected to the security of the nation and lives is important. But, it is difficult to do it. For example, the difference between the planned and the actual levels of consumption is nearly to 50% during the "Tenth Five-year plan". And it had a bad effect on our economy and lives. Therefore the accurate load forecasting to boost the development of electric power is of imminent significance.At first, this article analyzes the relationship between economy and power development based on a summary of national macroeconomic regulation and control. And it studies the relationship among the GDP growth,electricity elasticity coefficient,the power equipment capacity and the power generation. The second, according to the fact of the high speed growth of the industry resulted to the electric power lack, the influence of adjusting the industrial structure to the electric power is studied. The third, the article addresses the government policies regarding energy conservation and the reduction of wasteful consumption. Based on the assumption electric power as a clean and efficient energy plays an important role in society, an analysis is performed of the relation between energy policy and electric power. At last, the conclusion of the middle and long term load forecasting is given on the basis of above three aspects.
