Control Policies On The Real Estate Enterprises In Zhengzhou City, And Countermeasures

The real estate industry is the foundational, leading and pillar part of our national economy. The real estate industry is still a newly emerging industry in our country, and due to its late starting and imperfect development, its development showed a lot of significant fluctuations .China has carried on a series of macroeconomic regulations to make the real estate market under control, What kind of change did the government's regulation bring to the real estate, especially in Zhengzhou city, whether it has achieved the anticipated aims or not, what the government would do in the future to regulate the real estate industry and how will the real estate in Zhengzhou find the corresponding strategies and prospects of development, this paper analyzed and discussed the questions above in order that the real estate in Zhengzhou would avoid the risk, seize the opportunity and to gain a sustainable, stable and healthy development.The text is divided into five chapters. In chapter one the paper introduced the four stages and the status quo of the overall development of China's real estate, and took Zhengzhou city for example. Then forecasted the trend of China's real estate development. In chapter two, by recalling national macro-control policies during the years of 03-06, the paper analyzed the effect of policies, and found the problems and causes, analyzed the choices of national macro-control policies. Chapter three discussed the effect on the real estate in Zhengzhou from three aspects: the agrarian policy, the financial policy, the tax policy and the product policy. Chapter four focused on the trend and direction of real estate market in Zhengzhou in 2007 .At last, chapter five found the corresponding strategies and prospects of development of the real estate in Zhengzhou.The significance of this paper is: the author analyzed the national macro-control policies and pointed out the existing problems, which would play a guiding role of theory in perfecting the specific measures. From the perspective of Management, The author gave some theorical analysis and suggestions to the real estate enterprises in Zhengzhou, and would provide a high value of reference for other enterprises to achieve a steady development in the current environment.
