China Bidding Activities To Combat Commercial Bribery

However, in recent years, the bidding area has also exposed many problems, particularly commercial bribery emerged one after another incessantly, which has seriously affected the healthy development of the bidding. Therefore, it is urgent for us to prevent and control the commercial bribery in the bidding field.The origin and development of bidding system as well as the history of China's bidding were briefly introduced in this paper, the problems that existing in the current bidding activities were pointed out. By analyzing the specific behaves of commercial bribery in bidding activities, and combining with actually representative cases, the commercial bribery in bidding activities was analyzed and defined, its causes and harmness were revealed. By analyzing the successful experiences of controlling commercial bribery in the field of bidding in developed countries and international organizations, and absorbing the research results of regulate bidding activities and the management of commercial bribery at home and abroad, and based on optimizing the external economic environment and improving the design of bidding system, strengthening innovation in bidding, three aspects of specific Countermeasures to combat the commercial bribery were advanced. The method to standardize the laws and regulations of bidding and establish scientific and reasonable evaluation system were in-depth studied, and feasible measures were given.This paper combines theory and practice. On the basis of China's actualities, it defines the measures and suggestions to prevent and control the commercial bribery in the bidding field.
