A Reach About The Method And Strategy Of Preventing And Reducing Commercial Bribery In The Field Of Project Construction

The country have enforced the degree of preventing and attacking at the commercial bribery at recent years. Nevertheless, there are still existing more commercial bribery crimes in some fields. It is even worse in project & construction field. Owing to its important role in national economic development, the author thinks that it is necessary to study the characteristics of the commercial bribery in project & construction field. It also have significance to purify the business market environment, to promote anti-corruption work that we deploy related research work.The bribing and accepting bribery in project & construction field has typical commercial bribery characteristics. Its one part or both parts are managers in market. The aim of such action is to gain the chance of business. The pattern of action is bribing and accepting bribes. After concerning research, the author plans to analyze the phenomenon of commercial bribery in project & construction field, and put forward proposals of prevention and controlling countermeasure.This thesis is divided into four parts. The connotation of is analyzed in first part, containing the meaning of, the main components of one commercial bribery crimes, the behaving characteristics, and the responsibility of law. The second part is about the characteristics and mechanism of commercial bribery in project & construction field. After research, the author analyzing the characteristics, mechanism, and social bad effects of commercial bribery in current project & construction field. In this part, the author pays more attention to analyzing the characteristics of commercial bribery produced after the separation between the property and the managing responsibility in national-finance-investing projects. The cause of commercial bribery in project & construction field and its shortage of current strategy of attacking bribery is analyzed in third part. The forth part is about the useful strategies of other countries for controlling commercial briberies in project & construction field, and their good work for references. The strategies for controlling commercial bribery in construction field is put forward in the last part.
