Yu Lingong hot springs, which has the glory of Holy Medical Liquid among the local people in the area of Kangba Tibet, is located in the Kangding county, Ganzi region, Sichuan province.In recent years, our government vigorously supports the development of tourism, and the Ganzi region makes the policy that"Tourism Make Our State Prosperous and Famous"as its strategy. The nation's tourism, including Ganzi's and Kangding's, is mushrooming. But the status quo of Yu Lingong hot springs'development and the flourishing tourism in local area show a striking contrast. Though more and more tourists have toured Kangding per year, the Yu Lingong hot spring has not made full use of the popularity of the Kangding tourism, it failed to be a mature and attractive product, for the establishment and hardware facility of Yu Lingong hot springs for commercial purpose are very simple and crude. Nowadays, almost only the local people know Yu Lingong hot springs and enjoy it. Anyhow, the Yu Lingong hot springs'management projects are sole, the management level is low, the source of tourists is simple, and the tourism income is extremely limited.Improving the management of Yu Lingong hot springs, turning it to be a tourist product for more people are very valuable not only in promoting local tourism and economy, but also in protecting and developing the Tibetan culture, safeguarding nature environment and so on.The author worked in Kangding in 2003 to 2004 for over a year and had many first-hand data about the management of Yu Lingong hot springs. In April 2007, the author went back to Kangding again for the investigation concerned. This article will tell us about the sticking points of Yu Lingong hot springs'present management, looked at four aspects that are politics, economy, society and technology. After anatomizing in detail about the problems, this article gives us the solvent to promote the development and management of Yu Lingong hot springs. The methods include taking exactly correct position for, doing good work in market analysis, perfecting the environment of investment, keeping choice human resource, focusing both environment and development, having the distinctive projects for business and so on.Besides introduction, the article is divided into four chapters. The structure of the article is shown as follows:Chapter One is the analysis of macro background.Chapter Two is the general description of actualities, especial problems among.Chapter Three is the analysis of the reasons of the problems.Chapter Four is advice for the development.Connecting with the work experiences of her own, the author, on the basis of large numbers of statistic data, takes advantages of the related theories and works out some advices for discussion.
