Core staff is the person who has the technology and skill that the enterprise needed, who deals with the core business and controls the core resources in the enterprise, who has some irreplaceable technology or specialty, makes a profound influence for the enterprise's operation, management and development, they always shows the key valuation in the enterprise. Core staffs are foundation stones by which the enterprise makes the competition advantage. With China's entry into WTO and the rapid process of globalization and the rapid development of knowledge economy, human resource management has offered the primary driving force of the ability to compete, management of core staff is essential factor that enterprises develop among fierce market competition.DK Company is a high-technology private company in Chengdu, engaged in new technique and new result in the realms, which established in December, 2003, but its market increased very quickly, income rather plentiful, and the public praise is better. The main staff of DK Company constitutes with the development, technique carry out and marketing talented person for point. This text takes DK Company as a research object, making use the related theories of core employee staff to manage, combine the company profession characteristics, strategic target and management present condition, carrying on elaborating to the company core staff's management improvement plan with analysis.This text is totally divided into four chapters .Chapter 1 elaborates core staff concerned and the theories of core staff to manage, is the foundation of the DK company core staff definition and DK company core staff management improve designation. Chapter 2 introduces the DK company whole general situation, and analyzes the three aspects core staff to manage existent problem analysis currently to the DK Company: the company core staff incentive system problem, DK company core staff training problem, and DK Company's core staff's development programming of the occupation career's problem. Chapter 3 designs an improvement plan to core staff management for the DK Company. Establishing a principle to core staff management improving plan designation first, then to DK Company core staff carry on a define, finally designing a workflow to give a new life, the quality of work life (QWL) promotion plan, the employee assistance plan(EAP) etc. Chapter 4 is the implement and the evaluation for DK Company core staff management improvement plan.Writing purpose and meaning of this thesis lie in: Designed core staff management improvement plan for the DK Company, and during the period of setting up, core staff definition is the foundation, from the human resource management to improve currently DK company core staff management of present condition. Making DK company core staff management to follow close behind the company strategy and seep through the company daily human resource management gradually of each link, stirred up DK company core staff to work active, aggressive, creative, can provide a beneficial guarantee to the development in the future for the company.
