M Supply Chain Performance Evaluation System

Supply chain is one of the study focuses in the academic circle. Supply chain has changed the traditional competition pattern that market competition has transformed from the competition among individual enterprises into the competition in supply chain of those enterprises. Therefore, it can be said that supply chain is a kind of cooperative arrangement among enterprises which have certain specialty and market competitive power, and is a kind of activity to integrate effectively independent resources in interrelated enterprises or agglomeration and create value with collection advantages of enterprises efficiently and cooperatively. The selection of every node in supply chain follows the principle of power-and-power union, gathers the economic resources which have most market competitive power. By supplementing each other and integrating resource and power of enterprises, exerting overall potency, core competitive power of each enterprise is fused into integral competitive power to enhance market competitive power greatly. How to ensure more advantages through power-and-power union, how to validate better performance of this combination are all the main concerns of every member of supply chain organization. So carrying out thoroughly and systematically studies on management of supply chain and performance evaluation of it have important theoretical and practical significance.Basic content of supply chain is elaborated in this thesis, and the current situation of domestic and overseas studies on performance evaluation of supply chain and the environment, significance of building the performance evaluation of supply chain in M enterprise are also described, according to the basic theory and main content of supply chain performance evaluation, on the basis of studies on the existing problems in current performance evaluation of supply chain in M enterprise. Because the performance evaluation of supply chain organization is a fuzzy synthetic evaluation involving multi-objects, multi-factors, multi-level, a synthetic evaluation method based on semantic variable and fuzzy integral is brought forward in this thesis. Through the practical studies on logistics, capital flow and information flow in M enterprise, the performance evaluation indicator and performance evaluation system are set up. Through evaluating the performance evaluation indicator, a fuzzy synthetic evaluation method in M enterprise are set up and the true performance are evaluated on the supply chain in M enterprise.The corresponding evaluation criteria system and method are put forward and studied about the supply chain performance evaluation of M enterprise in this thesis. To make use of the method proposed above in the future, software system of supply chain evaluation for M enterprise is developed which is combined with computer management information system of M enterprise to improve the supply chain management level.
