In the increasingly vigorous market competition environment, theimportance of supply chain management (SCM) gradually presents inbusiness development. The performance evaluation of SCM is not onlythe foundation of realizing supply chain optimization and validmotivation, but also is an important part of SCM. The traditional SCMperformance evaluation usually lays emphasis on evaluating theperformance of single business enterprise, and the unique or mainstandard of evaluating is finance information. To ensure the health andcontinual development of SCM, we must establish scientific andcomplete performance evaluation of SC.On the foundation of extensive reading and analyzing the presentstudy condition of domestic and international SC and its performanceevaluation, this thesis researches the method of performance evaluation ofsupply chain, the index sign of evaluating and performance evaluation ofeach sub-system in supply chain, the calculation of results index sign, andit also give some homologous examples.Chapter 1 mainly introduces the concept of SC and SCM, the presentcondition of SCM and its performance evaluation, this thesis'sinvestigative contents, meaning and its creative points.Chapter 2 mainly introduces several methods of performanceevaluation of SC analysis of them.Chapter 3 mainly introduces the method of setting up index signsystem of SC performance evaluating.Chapter 4 study the performance evaluation of suppliers system.Chapter 5 study the performance evaluation of sellers system.Chapter 6 study the performance evaluation of the whole SC.Chapter 7 analyzes the SC performance evaluation of the companyof G as an example.The last part is conclusion for this thesis, and it pointed out theconclusion and shortage that this thesis exists.
