Manufacturing Companies Structured Production Model And Its Application

Along with the developing of economy, the people's demands for products go to diversification and individuation. The quondam simplex and functional products cannot satisfy the demands of people's consumption. Accordingly, the conflicts are produced between mass production and client's divers or individual demands. It is a common problem to the manufacturing enterprises that how to resolve the conflicts of production modes between client's demands. As thus, we must study the characteristics of advanced production pattern and seeking for an effective method of the application of advanced production pattern. The dissertation sets up the structured model of production pattern on the base of reading large number of references and the analysis of production mode of manufacturing enterprises. The idiographic contents as follow.1. The dissertation puts forword the conception of structured model of production pattern and sets up the model of structured production pattern of manufacturings by detailed analyzing of the characteristics of kinds of advanced production modes, and study on the structured production pattern of single production mode and integration production mode. It is used to help the enterprise to undersand the meaning of advanced production patterns via applying the application model of the production pattern to analyse the advanced production patterns.2. The dissertation established the application mode of the production pattern using systems methodology. And the dissertation analyzed the basic approaches and basic ways of enterprise's selecting and applying application mode of the production pattern.3. This paper puts forword the basic principles of applying advanced production mode by applying the structured production mode and the application mode of the production pattern to analyse the advanced production patterns. And it provides reference and instruction for the enterprise to undersand the meaning of advanced production patterns, and to select the advanced production mode which adapt to the traits of the enterprise's operation via applying the structured production mode and the application mode of the production pattern to analyse the advanced production patterns.4. Finally, the dissertation is summarized, and some problems are proposed, which should be researched further.
