Brand is the reflection of the comprehensive strength of an enterprise which reflects its quality, technique, prestige and sale service. From the industrial chain perspective, it is regarded as the most significant part. As one of a members of WTO, the competition between enterprises in China is becoming more fierce , homogenization has approached. Brand has become an invisible assets and key competitive power.The road that diesel engine enterprises in China must follow is to build well known brands. Nowadays, we are facing fierce market competition. Some diesel engine magnates, like Yu Cai, Yi Chi, Dong Feng, etc are building their own brands in order to compete well. With more investment in brand building, they hope to be the winners in the competitive market. As the fourth one among other enterprises, Yun Nei needs to consider how to build its own brand by applying better brand strategy and disposing its resources effectively. Undoubtedly , it is the vital point to its self-development and better competitions.Chosen Yun Nei Power Co.Ltd as its object of study, this thesis conducts some studies which includes the way of strengthening its competitive power, building its researching force, improving its sale, service system and market managing. Therefore, it may not only help to provide theory support for its brand strategy development, but a good sample for other enterprises.Based on the brand strategy theories and integrated with practice, this thesis has a thorough analysis on Yun Nei Power Co.Ltd by using SWOT, price and matrix analytical methods. It consists the following parts, such as the general introduction, brand strategy introduction , Yun Nei Power Co.Ltd , external and internal environment analysis on brand strategy of Yun Nei Power Co.Ltd, its strategy implement and the final part, conclusion.
