And as the main body of scientific creation, scientists while grasp the risk extremely high science and technology, also is undertaking the social responsibility that cannot be shirked.Based on the basic issue of the social responsibility of scientists, this paper from the dual perspectives of social scientists makes an in-depth analysis.
