Human capital is the key factor to the enterprise existence and development in the knowledge-based economic age. The importance of human capital will be embodied more. Employee turnover is a general phenomenon with economy developing, especially in IT enterprise. The number, the frequency and the influence of turnover cases have caused many problems and attracted more and more attention.IT enterprise is a kind of enterprise which specially produced knowledge. Its essential characteristics make it having strong dependence on human capital. Because more and more innovation, information and technology have been component part of product, at the same time, the development of enterprise depends heavily on ability of creating knowledge and technical level. The human capital is supporter of knowledge and technology, so it has been the strategic resource of enterprise.Based on the employee turnover theories and according to character of IT enterprise employee, the paper defined the influential factors of employee turnover, carried out questionnaire investigation and analysis, and attempted to explain the influence degree of all kinds of factors. Furthermore, the paper put forward the effective countermeasures on the controllable factors of enterprise.
