Corporate Financial Controls In The Erp Environment

With the coming of knowledge economy and development of science and technology, the competition environment faced by enterprises is more and more intensified. How to satisfy quickly the individual requirement of customer will be the key to business success, the information technology based on the network is becoming increasingly important in the national economy, it is necessary to reconstruct enterprise traditional management model and to innovate management by using information technology.Therefore, the implementation of information system is an urgent requirement when a modern enterprise develops. It is inevitable to use management information system of enterprise information system (i.e. Enterprise Resource Planning) for enterprise to survive fierce market competition, improve quick response capability and strengthen core competition abilities. For the sake of developing financial supervision and controlling itself as well as improving enterprises' operations, it is of great value to study the impact of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) on financial supervision and controlling.On the basis of the discussion about the benefits and influence of ERP, this paper firstly analyzes the impact on enterprise's financial supervision and controlling and the changes of financial supervision and controlling after implementing ERP, from the theory and practicality of financial supervision and controlling to enterprise's structure respectively. Then we brings forward a new financial supervision and controlling mode based on the impacts of financial supervision and controlling, we analyze the new mode and then educe a real-time mode of financial supervision and controlling. In the analysis of the orientation of the new model, we discuss four qualities. They are quick response, real-time, integration, and sharable.
