Research On Supply Chain Disruption Management And Collaborative Mechanism Based On Time Competition

Quick response capacity and emergency response capability under supply chain coordination operation has become the determinant factor that effects on the existence and development of supply chain and its firms, as the demand is more and more time-sensitive, and more and more influenced by disruptions, and the globalized and distributed supply chain emphasized more and more on coordinating management. This paper takes market demand and response time as cutting point of the best response strategy for the supply chain and node enterprises when faced with time- and price-sensitive demand.First, the paper has carried on the summary of the study situation of the definition and the mode and the contract of supply chain collaboration. After that, its give brief introduce both on supply chain management based on response time and disruptions management. Based on this, this research focus on two aspects as follows:①Researching the optimal response strategy of the supply chain under certain market demand and uncertain response time. This paper focus on the optimal response strategy of the two-level supply chain when the demand both time- and price-sensitive based on the concerned literature researches. Its also give a comparative analysis between the linear and nonlinear demand model. And then, we also discuss the coordination problem and the validity of the traditional contract model under time- and price-sensitive demand.②The optimal response to disruptions based on uncertain market demand and uncertain response time when we describe uncertain demand by disruptions. The optimal response time and inventory strategy of the supply chain are both influenced when the disruption change the market scale and the response time can not be guaranteed, so, we give new contract model cope with disruptions which can coordinate the supply chain and achieve optimal reaction.This paper has both theoretical and practical value because of it contribution to supply chain coordination problem based on response time.
