This can help it use other's resources and make progress.Nowadays, as market competition is intense day by day. customer demands change unceasingly, and resources become exiguous as one bottleneck to enterprise development. Under the tendency of logistics specialization and socialization, chain retail enterprises will choose to outsource their logistics.Logistics Outsourcing means that an enterprise will entrust one specialized company operating its logistics, in order to strengthen its core competence. Logistics Outsourcing is one long-termed, strategic contract form. When it executes, it will make both sides beneficialRegarding to the research about logistics outsourcing, the predecessors' researches are mainly under the general concept of "enterprise", and emphasize the causes, decision models, manufacture enterprise outsourcing and so on. Researches on chain retail enterprise are few. Theories and practices are combined in this article.
