Organizational Commitment and Job Burnout already became popular topics which in the western Organization Behavior and the Human Resources Management field. The research used Chinese Organizational Commitment Scale and Job Burnout Scale to carry on the questionnaire survey to 203 manufacturing industries staffs, and has carried on the analysis to the investigation result. The result indicated that,(1) Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and Job Burnout Questionnaire which we used all have the good reliability and validity.(2) In Organizational Commitment and Job Burnout various latitudes, the sex, the age has the significance difference only in Choice Commitment; the marital status only has the significance difference in Choice Commitment, Cynicism and Inefficacy; the education level has the significance difference only in Choice Commitment and Ideal Commitment; In this company's job seniority has the significance difference only in Affective Commitment; The work nature and the company category do not have the significance difference in all latitudes.(3) Affective Commitment has remarkable inverse correlation with Cynicism and Inefficacy, but it is not remarkable with Emotional Exhaustion; Normative Commitment, Ideal Commitment have remarkable inverse correlation with the three latitudes of Job Burnout; Economic Commitment have inverse correlation with the three latitudes of Job Burnout, but they are not remarkable; Choice Commitment has present the correlation, but with the three latitudes of Job Burnout, but they are not remarkable.
