In the new economy age, the development of the modern enterprises is influenced and restricted by the external factors increasingly. The corporations have to formulate the strategy and execute it more successfully than the competitors in order to adapt to the fluctuant operation conditions. It is no doubt that we should reform the conventional financial evaluating manner and combine the performance evaluation with the strategy management. However, the problem we have to face is how to make the performance evaluation system dynamically reflect the change of the conditions, proof-test and amend the strategy, furthermore, rectify itself according to the strategy improved. The thesis is a theoretic type. Basing on the contingency theory, it has established a dynamic performance evaluation system which focuses on the performance information feedback and self-updating.This thesis is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction. It shows the characters of new economy age and points out the challenge which nowadays enterprise performance evaluation has to meet. And at last it introduces the research method, research framework and content in brief. In the second part, it analyses and comments the representative performance evaluation theories which embodied the contingency thought from 90s last centuries up to the present. It finds out the direction for farther research in the field. In the third part, it describes the essential meaning and inscapes of the dynamic performance evaluation system and introduces the contingency theory detailedly, including its conception, specialties and the effect upon the research of performance evaluation. The fourth part is the hard-core of the thesis. It discourses on the four phases running of the dynamic performance evaluation system, including conditions analysis and strategy formulating, programming and founding evaluation system, performance measurement and management and performance feedback and system updating.
