There are several new characteristics of project in mobile design house such as project's uncertainty, dense intellectuality, progressive target , and frequently-changed requirements, which make the project management of design house to be more difficult and higher risky. Firstly, there are a number of client's requirements and these requirements change frequently, so requirements management level not only directly effects the project's target realization in schedule and cost and quality, but also becomes an important index guideline of client's satisfaction. Secondly, the risky factors in design house existing in all of mobile design house projects such as the difficulty, complexity in research and development and the limitation of technology development may result in the failure of R&D target. The risk management becomes a part of value enhancement chain in many excellent companies. Thirdly, the three key factors to make the project succeed are the actively participation of the users and clear description of requirements and support of managers, and which depend on good communication skill and communication relationship and communication environment. Communication exists in everywhere anytime and runs through the project life cycle.This thesis firstly researches the characteristic and actuality in IT project management combining project management's five process groups and nine knowledge fields, and then points out the new requests and problems in IT project management, subsequently, researches the key factors relating the design house's project success and give a deep analysis in requirement management, communication management and risk management. Based on the traditional project management theory this thesis try to find out management methods facing the new characteristic and new request in mobile design house project in order to improve the management level in design house project. Firstly, the requirements management, as a part of Project Scope Management always is the special focus point of IT project management. Secondly, the risk management becomes one part of value enhancement chain. Finally, communication plays an important role in project management.Through company's actual cases, this thesis summarize the basic principles of requirement management, communication management and risk management. Among them, the requirement management including the basic methods, concise process and classical 5-steps (requirement -collection, requirement-analysis, requirement-realization, requirement-change control, requirement-qualification and requirement-summarization) is explained to solve the complex requirement management for improving the efficiency and quality of project management and accordingly upgrade the client's satisfaction.By using actual requirement management case, this thesis not only analyzes the specific reasons of the individual requirement from clients and make a classification of these individual requirements, but also summarizes the countermeasures in every project phases and the delicate skills dealing with the clients relationship, and finally abstracts the guiding principles in the operation of clients requirement management. |
