The Research On The Chinese City Of Circulation Industry Competitiveness Based On Factor Analysis

Since 2008 world financial crisis, all around the countries'economic slowdown, China's economy will inevitably have been affected. In this context, our state proposed"security growth","expanding domestic demand","structural adjustment"requirements. Distribution industry is the basic industry of the national economy. It has important strategic significance to stimulate economic growth, promote employment, change economic restructuring and the mode of economic growth.This paper use quantitative analysis, selecting 28 cities in China as the research object of the circulation industry. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part of the paper's introduce this paper's research background, purpose and meaning, the object of study and framework, research methods and innovation. The second part of the paper is literature review section. It introduces the concept of the circulation industry, industrial competitiveness on domestic and international literature review, circulation of industrial competitiveness at home and abroad literature review, providing a theoretical basis for the specific writing. The third part of the paper's construct circulation industry competitiveness evaluation system, including the scale of the circulation, the structure of the circulation, circulation facilities, circulation density, circulation efficiency, contribution for the economy, circulation radiation, growing force of the circulation. The fourth part of the paper's is quantitative analysis. Through the application of factor analysis method and SPSS software, we can get nine common factor that is "the size of circulation and infrastructure index", "Configure density and service intensity index", "factor input index", "economic contribution index", "efficiency/effectiveness index", "business environment Index," "modern equipment Index" , "growth capability index", "other factors index". Then the paper evaluate the competitiveness of the circulation industry of each city and exploit their circulation characteristics and advantages, clearly the weak link in their development. The fifth part of the paper's is suggestions part. Combining the quantitative analysis and qualitative research, this paper proposes strategy and related countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of the circulation industry.
