So it is a significant question to people's livelihood. In order to improve the level of food safety, Government must strengthen the food safety supervision. Analyses the subjects and their functions of administrative law enforcement, The fourth part of this thesis analyses the legal basis of the administrative law enforcement,then makes some comments of it. The legal basis consists of national law,administrative regulation,administrative rules promulgated by agencies under the State Council. The next part discusses the meatures of administrative law enforcement, Which involves the legislative institution,standard institution,food test institution, and so on.. The sixth part analyses the problems of the administrative law enforcement, listing some probloms one by one at the process of administrative law enforcement. It is discussed from the perspective of the system of the administrative law enforcement and the meatures of administrative law enforcement. According to this part the last part puts forward the proposals. These proposals may not only contribute to the level of food safety but also make people healthier. Forthermore, They can also contribute to the development of the economy and the society.
