Morden Training Pattern Of Corporate University

At the end of 2008, the economic crisis sweeping the world. Because of the U.S. sub-loan crisis, many company shut down or reduce their scale to spent this time. However, in this crisis, corporate training developed very much. Corporate training to help employees update their knowledge structure and improve their individuals ability. Therefore ,the enterprises and employees choose to take part in corporate training to deal with the economic crisis.In 1990's, China's first corporate university was founded in Beijing by Motorola. After 20 years, Chinese corporate university develop very much. However, the corporate universities was founded in China than it was founded in Europe for nearly 100 years later. Corporate training model theory is not yet mature. The training system needs to be improved. Therefore, this article attempts to design a new training model to guide corporate to improve their training system.The author had a chance to join some training design in internship .So, the author have a clear cognitive for corporate training . In this paper, the author want to research the theory of corporate university and corporate training . Compared the four traditional training model, the author pointing out what main points that China's corporate training needs. The author design a training model of the modern corporate university training. And the author expect the modern model of corporate training will be widely used in corporate university training.
