| Land use of Development Zone had created enormous social benefits, evaluation about it can reflect the level of overall efficiency of land use of Development Zone; in theory, it can further improve land use theory and evaluation index system; In practice, it can detect the issues of land use of Development Zone, and improve its policy, so that land-use of Development Zone is conducive to the purpose of scientific development.In this paper, harmonious society leads to the goal; innovation is the main entry point. Based on the development for free , social justice, and land ethics, we analyze content of social benefits of land use of Development Zone ; In accordance with the characteristics of Development Zone, we have build evaluation system for social benefits of land use of Development Zone, including innovation level, social coordination, residents meet; In the methods, based on social indicators, combined with evaluation of the economic and social situation of Development Zones and study the corresponding standards, we use qualitative methods and quantitative methods to combine the comprehensive evaluation.Above basis research, we evaluated the social benefits of land-use of the East Lake Development Zone, which concluded that the social benefits of the East Lake Development Zone was in the B-class level, because East Lake Development Zone has made great achievements of innovation in the enterprise, science and technology innovation. On the basis of evaluation, we suggest enhancing the Development Zone of the social security of land use by reasonable planning; promoting innovative research and development by land use; establishing conventional statistical system of social indicators and so on. Finally, the significance of related research is discussed. |
