According to China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) statistics, as of the end of June 2010, China's netizens reached 420 million, breaking the 400 million mark, representing an increase of 3,600 million end of 2009, the Internet penetration rate rose to 31.8%; 2009 China's sustained rapid development of online shopping, a total of 1.3 million consumers bought 267 billion yuan in online goods than in 2008 achieved 90.7% growth. In China, the biggest C2C trading site Taobao transactions in 2009 more than 200 billion yuan, the Chinese C2C e-commerce transactions are in a period of rapid growth. In such a context, the beginning of the existing third-party logistics services showing a lack of capacity.In this paper, the logistics situation in China, by analyzing the C2C e-commerce on logistics demand characteristics and C2C e-commerce logistics problems existing in the running, make the existing third-party logistics and our country can not fully support the development of C2C e-commerce logistics needs. On this basis, the introduction of a fourth party logistics concept, design Fourth mode of operation, integration of existing logistics resources through the Fourth, the cost of logistics, efficiency, security, and optimize services and so on, so that the logistic model is more suitable C2C e-commerce needs, and promote the development of C2C e-commerce. Specifically, the text includes the following aspects:1, the first under the current situation of China's logistics development needs with the C2C e-commerce gap and ask questions, and points out the significance of this study, content and methods, and innovation.2, the second chapter describes the concept of C2C e-commerce and Fourth, characteristics; analysis of e-commerce and logistics of the inner relationship and interaction; and presented on the Fourth of domestic and international situation.3, Chapter III of the C2C electronic commerce on the logistics of the special requirements compared with other business models, C2C e-commerce on logistics service demands a higher level.4, the fourth chapter discusses the existence of our current problems C2C logistics and the causes of the problem analysis, third party logistics in China is not currently fully support the development of the logistics needs of C2C.5, Chapter V was introduced in the C2C e-commerce party logistics, design and analysis of the Fourth mode of operation, the development of China C2C e-commerce will be discussed the difficulties encountered in C2C e-commerce development and make recommendations.6, Chapter VI made a summary and outlook, while analyzing the shortcomings of this article.
