Strategy Research On The Fourth Party Logistics Enterprise Development In Jilin Province

With the development of modern logistics industry, a new-type logistics mode-the fourth party logistics is emerging quietly. It has caused wide public concern in scholars and enterprises for its excellent supply chain management ability and resource integration ability. The fourth party logistics, as a capable logistics supplier, realizes the resource sharing of logistics information and full use of social resource by influence on the whole supply chain, and then realizes maximum benefit of enterprise and promotes the operational efficiency of whole logistics system. As a result, the fourth party logistics is the development direction for future logistics.The fourth party logistics platform is the soul of the fourth party logistics. Constant improvement in logistics informatization, promotion and application of new logistics technology and rapid development of e-commerce speed up the development of logistics public information platform so as to create conditions for information communication between enterprises and relevant functional departments and for adoption of applied service mode.This article, based on the actural conditions of Jilin Province, studies the advantages and disadvantages in the fourth party logistics enterprises in Jilin province and the opportunities and challenges they are facing from the standpoint of strategy by SWOT analytic approach. This article presents the strategic conceptions for cultivation and development of the fourth party logistics enterprises, indicates the fourth party logistics platform is the base for the fourth party logistics enterprises progress, provides the implementation steps and guarantee of development strategy of the fourth party logistics enterprise in Jilin Province and advocates to drive great development of Jilin modern logistics industry by the evolution of the fourth party logistics enterprises in Jilin Province.
