Aluminium,one kind of metal which has light specific gravity, resistantce tocorrosion and good plasticity , is used widely, mainly in some industries, such asconstruction, transportation, power, instruments and packaging, etc. In recent years,with the rapid and steady development of the estate industry, the development ofconstruction industry needs more and more aluminium.The competition becomesmore intense because huge development opportunities and market space has attractednumerous enterprises at home and abroad into this field.After eight years development, HL company has become an extrusion processingenterprise which has certain scale and influence in the east of China. Facing fiercecompetition and changing market environment, seizing the opportunity, meeting thechallenge and achieving sustained and rapid development have put on the agenda. Soit is important and urgent for the company to formulate targeted marketing strategywhich will be explained in this paper.This thesis firstly analyzes architectural aluminium market at home and abroad.Secondly, the thesis analyzes marketing environment comprehensively andobjectively from the points of politics, economy, society, technology , laws andcompetition situation, and analyzes strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threatsby means of SWOT analysis. Finally, the thesis presents the target market andmarketing strategies at the competitive stage, and puts forward powerful measures inorder to make marketing strategies implemented effectively. smoothly.
