Through the research to ERP implementation risk of small and medium-sized enterprise, the risk analysis, this paper summarizes and distinguishes the ERP implementation risk, thus it lays the foundation for the enterprise to carries on the risk assessment, then dodges the ERP implementation risk, raises the success ratio of ERP implementation.Firstly, it makes an outline analysis to present ERP implementation situation domestic and foreign in this paper, gives the research on ERP implementation risk of the domestic and foreigns', promulgates the fact that the success ratio of present ERP implementation is not high in Small and medium-sized enterprise of our country, and proposes the research significance of this topic. Then make introduction and analysis to related concept of ERP and ERP risk.Secondly, unifies the characteristic of ERP implementation and implementation risk in small and medium-sized enterprise, carries on the recognition to ERP risk factor, from four aspects, it summary and analysis the risk which produced with ERP implementation in Small and medium-sized enterprise of Our country: The human resources risk of ERP implements in small and medium-sized enterprise, the management risk of ERP implements, the cost risk of ERP implements and other risks of ERP implements.Thirdly, in the foundation of establishing risk recognition system, this paper has conducted the corresponding research to ERP project risk assessment of Small and medium-sized enterprise in our country, elaborated the content and the process of ERP project risk assessment. This paper use analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy judgment method as key methods to construct the ERP project risk assessment model, it include the establishment of risk system factor, the single target evaluation of risk factor, factor and comprehensive evaluation of the risk. Finally it carry on the appraisal to each kind of risk factor which distinguishes in ERP implementation by utilizing the pessimistic interrelatedness assessment method in Small and medium-sized enterprise of our country.Finally, according to above risk analysis and the appraisal, it proposes the countermeasure to avoid risk. This paper selects the SongTing Iron and Steel company of Tangshan as the object of empirical analysis, utilizes the risk analysis of this paper in the example, analysis that the risk in the process of ERP implement and how the SongTing steel and iron company of Tangshan do to avoid these risks. Making the company be more effective ERP implementation, for company management bringing greater benefits. |
