Core employees are those who have excellent management skills or excellent professional skills in the organization,who are responsible for the core business of the organization,and can effectively control important resources,create great value for the organization and have scarcity groups,and play a key role in the success or failure of the enterprise.In the increasingly fierce competition environment of liquor industry,the requirements of state-owned enterprises on core employees are rising with the development of the industry.How to improve their work performance,increase their sense of belonging and improve their competitiveness through incentive measures has become an urgent management problem for state-owned enterprises.This paper takes "theoretical framework-case analysis-countermeasure optimization-implementation guarantee" as the overall idea,takes core employees of fenjiu group as the research object,comprehensively USES hertzberg's two-factor theory to analyze problems and propose corresponding optimization design.This paper firstly summarizes the incentive theory and relevant literature of core employees.Through the investigation and analysis,it is found that core employees are less satisfied with honor and reward,job promotion,training,salary,welfare and interpersonal communication.Secondly,combined with the health care factors and incentive factors in the two-factor theory,this paper analyzes and explores the problems and causes of dissatisfaction among core employees of fenjiu group.Then based on this,on the one hand from the health factors,improve the welfare construction,improve broadband pay,improve information communication channels and other basic system construction,to ensure the implementation of health factors.On the other hand,from the perspective of incentive factors,an incentive compensation system should be established to improve job promotion channels and training system so as to give full play to the role of incentive factors.Finally,the paper further provides the process description for the implementation of the new incentive measures,and provides methods and ideas for improving the current situation of the incentive mechanism for core employees.This paper hopes that through the optimization of the existing incentive mechanism,it can stimulate the vitality of core employees of fenjiu group to the greatest extent,so that they can continuously improve their potential and performance,realize the synchronous improvement of personal value and enterprise benefit,and promote the common development of individuals and enterprises.At the same time,I also hope that this paper can play a certain reference role in the incentive mechanism of similar state-owned enterprises.
