At the beginning of the 20th century, with the rapid development of science and technology, talent assessment theory gradually formed. Talent assessment theory integrates many subjects, mainly uses psychology, information technology, metrology and so on to test people's character, psychology health personality abilities of the talents, so as to help managers make decisions effectively. Nowadays, talent assessment has become the base of enterprises and government departments'human resource management. This paper deeply analyzes the KL Company's current talent selection system, and puts forward some suggestions based on the talent assessment theory. We set up a talent selection system suitable for KL Company, provide new ideas and methods for other manufacturing enterprises'talent selection too.Firstly, the paper analyzes the current research on talent assessment technology and theory home and abroad, and states the talent assessment theory in detail. Secondly, we compare different patterns of talent selection; discuss the advantages and disadvantages of KL Company's current talent assessment mode basing on the analysis of the background of KL Company's production manager selection, and the talent assessment theory. In the forth part, we establish a series of scientific talent selection principles, and design the scheme for KL Company's talent selection basing on the talent assessment theory. Finally, KL Company organizes the production manager selection basing on the scheme, and obtains good effect. |
