The competition of enterprise become more and more tough in twenty-one century. The competition advantage not base on enterprise owner capability but extend to its whole supply chain. Therefore, more and more enterprise start develop the capability of its supplier chain, supplier management level is key factor and foundation to win who the supplier chain. In another hand, OEM supplier chain model become more and more popular with global competition and enterprise more and more focus its resource on his rivalrous area. OEM supplier management level directly reflect brand enterprise whole competition level, and it become one of value added process related to business. Thus, the enterprise who own the advantage of supply chain and supplier management, can keep ahead of other competitors. How to classify OEM supplier with scientific and systemic method, develop separate management strategy for the suppliers in different grade is the main objective and scope of this article. OEM supply chain develop and future foreground is stated in this article, then article emphasize the importance of OEM supplier management. Through the analysis of OEM suppliers'character raise different management proposal with Raw material and parts supplier. All current supplier classify method, classify model and classify index were used popularly also be introduced one by one in this article. Finally, article raise a supplier classify method by cluster analysis, and raise different supplier management strategy base on cluster classify result, X enterprise was taken as a sample for analysis accordingly.
