The Research About Development Strategy Plan Of Dt Real Estate Enterprise

Enterprise development strategy plan, the soul and creed of an enterprise development, points out the business development direction, guides enterprise's resources allocation, and specifies the company's development strategy and measure. Drawing a strategic planning for enterprise development is conducive to the establishment of a common vision of business and the employees, which makes the employees of the organization hold a sense of belonging and dedication to work more fully involved.Combined with real estate industry and the company's current development trend, the three year development strategic plan (2010-2012) of Tianjin DT corporation is formulated based on results from the PEST analysis and SWOT analysis.This thesis is divided into six chapters: Chapter One introduce the background, purpose and significance, the methods and other basic conditions of the research. In the second chapter, the evolution process of strategic research theory is introduced as well as the main content in different period, and the design of strategic development planning steps is described. The internal resources and capabilities of DT company is systemically analyzed in Third Chapter. The situation of DT company and the competitive environment of the industry are discussed in fourth Chapter by PSET analysis method. In fifth Chapter, the scheme of long-term, medium-term and short-term strategic development of DT company in the future five years is constituted on the basis of comprehensive analysis about real estate industry environment and DT company current situation via SWOT analysis method. The implementation of the strategy is introduced in the sixth chapter at last.The innovation of this research is to combine theory with practice, to propose perspective development strategic planning of DT real estate company, which is hoped to boost the DT company strategic management.
