Upgrading Of The Textile And Garment Industry Cluster In The Yangtze River Delta Region

Textile and garment industry is the most important industry in Yangtze triangle, clustering is an important feature.At present, the international oil and other mineral prices rise rapidly, so the raw material and transport costs inceased quickly.The rising World Food price increased the cost of living for employees, thereby increased the price of labor. The depreciation of the dollar and the appreciation of the renminbi hase also weakened the Chinese international competitiveness of goods. In China, the textile industry transfers from the coastal areas to inland. However, because of the lower level of textile and garment industry clusters in Yangtze triangle ,it is difficult to adapt to the international and domestic environment, particularly in the context of the financial crisis, upgrading of industrial clusters in Yangtze triangle is the only way to sustainable development. Through the questionnaire investigation , the writer master first-hand and secondhand information about textile clothing industry cluster of the Yangtze river delta region. This paper analysis the status quo and the existing problems of the industry cluster, try to find out the upgrade path for textile clothing industry cluster, and at last propose the countermeasures of upgrading textile clothing industry cluster of the Yangtze river delta region.
