Development of the Internet, e-commerce has been the rapid development of new trading patterns are emerging. The emergence of commodity trading platform allows online stores and development of the growing and become a new business model.In this paper, the theory for the development of electronic commerce, business model related to the status of theory and research, analyzes and summarizes the impact of network-based e-commerce enterprises in the online store operations facing opportunities, challenges, reveals the existence of the business operations of the advantages and disadvantages, At the same time, by the author operated by online stores as an example, mode of operation for the online shop, equity settings, and development of further research.
