Team is not only an important part of insurance companies, but it also enhance the market competitiveness of the company, how to create an efficient marketing team is every important issue facing the insurance company. This paper basis on a large number of theoretical literature and research the characteristics of the insurance industry. we set Ping An Life insurance company of Shi he zi center branch and efficient marketing team as an example to do some research about the qualitative and quantitative of the insurance industry to build effective sales teams feature model. It will provide appropriate and efficient marketing team theoretical guidance and policy recommendations about building and management of the team.First of this paper set the standards of high effective marketing team, then we proof the marketing team of life insurance company of Shi he zi as an high effective marketing team through practical.In order to know the affected factor of the output of marking team, it can adopt the analysis of factor. Though the analysis of factor, we know the output of high effective marketing team is affected by the leadership style, goal orientation, training systems and performance management.Secondly, by the extracted factors of simple correlation and partial correlation analysis, the results show that the main factors that affected the insurance industry and efficient marketing team performance outputs (high goal achievement, and high satisfaction) are the efficient management by objectives, a good team atmosphere relationship-based performance management, emphasizing the relationship between leadership style and training system, etc. Among these factors, the relational leadership style, a good team atmosphere, efficient management by objectives, relational performance management have affect on the both of them.Again, we use team-output (high goal achievement, and high satisfaction) for the remaining factors and other variables as explanatory variables to do exploratory multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the factor that determine output of high efficient marketing team are a good team atmosphere, and efficient management by objectives and stressed the relationship between leadership style; and factors that determine the high satisfaction of team members are mainly relational performance management, a significant training effect demand-driven training system, efficient management by objectives and the importance of relational leadership. Only efficient management impact the output of the team. And task-based performance management of their impact is negligible.In addition, this study also explored the demographic characteristics of the impact of the results, we have do multiple linear regression analysis, respectively the gender, age, education, work experience, marital status variables for classification of exploratory. The results show that demographic characteristics of the team member have significant influence on the results, and then we give some advises and recommendations about management of efficient marketing of industry basis on the research findings.First of all, the insurance industry and efficient marketing team building and management should pay attention to changing style of leadership, improve performance management, goal management capabilities enhance, create a good team atmosphere, perfect training system to start.Secondly, if the team managers want to achieve high insurance marketing team satisfaction in the daily work, he should strive to cultivate good relations with team members to create a good atmosphere and team-oriented training to develop effective and meet the actual needs of different staff training system.Again, to achieve high performance goals the manager must create a favorable atmosphere for foreign management team and stressed the task to achieve the goal of leadership style and improve performance management. In addition, to reached the high staff satisfaction and achieving high goals of differences characteristic, manger must adopt different management strategies.
