With the arrival of times of knowledge economy, the economic development mode mainly supporting by intelligence has take on high ground in the new turn of global competition. The sustainable development of human resources has become the mainstay in the evolution of human society. Corps, as a sub-system of economical society, are required to carry on the sustainable development of human resources for the sustainable development of social economy. For the time being, the researches directed at sustainable development of Corps human resources are quite few though they are necessary.This paper, on the basis of predecessors' researching results and theory of cross discipline between human resources and sustainable development, will take Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps as an example and build estimate system of sustainable development of human resources, and select the data from 2000 to 2008 to do preliminary study on the sustainable development of Corps human resources and put forward suggestions according to the actual situation.First of all, make overall instruction of the formation of theories on sustainable development and human resources, which is the foundation of this paper.Second, in terms of human resources reservation, development, allocation and utilization, get the conclusion that the number of Corps human resource rises year after year by the there is still room to promote the quality.Then, build the initial estimate system of sustainable development of Corps human resources basing on theories on human resources and sustainable development. This system consists of 3 parts, that is foundation, development, utilization, including 14 indexes. Within this system, take the method of component analysis to make overall assessment of sustainable development of Corps human resources from 2000 to 2008 and draw the conclusion that the general level has an upward trend, but the potential of development is insufficient since the population quality is low. After comparing the 13 Corp, get the result that level of sustainable development of No.8 Corp human resources is highest, No.1 Corp in the next place, and No.14 Corp in the last place.Last, according to the current situation of Corps human resources and on the basis of promoting the sustainable development of human resources, bring forward suggestion on policy, search for the human resources strategy and efficient way to make the economy development fast, sound and sustainable. |
