Performance management is an effective tool that converse the man's knowledge, skills and motivation to the enterprise strategic advantage. It is always important for any trade or business. However, most companies, even if they have a performance management system, still exist many problems in the process. A reason lead the performance managment to undesirable is impropriety and absence of some performance indicators. The current performance evaluation in H agencies is totally quantitative assessment of the task performance, and the Contextual performance is neglected. However, the contextual performance plays an important role in overall performance. Therefore, using contextual performance to make up for the imperfect of task performance is the key management issues in H agencies.This article's main purpose is to establish evaluation indicators of contextual performance for technical staff in H agencies and promote the implement of evaluating contextual performance. On one hand, both domestic and abroad scholars have made a systematic study in contextual performance. They confirmed that contextual performance can build a good organization atmosphere and upgrade the overall performance. Their study contains few aspects in contextual performance such as and organizational identification. On the other hand, studies on implement of contextual performance for enterprise are not enough. With the H agencies'own characters, in this article author has made some studies on contextual performance, and the major work is as follow:(1) Through analysis of the status, the author verified that contextual performance is applied in H agencies. reference the studies VanScotter and Motowidlo have made in 1996 on interpersonal facilitation and dedication in work, modified piece of the evaluation indicators on contextual performance with H agencies' own characters.(2) Design questionnaire and collected data so that author can analyzed the influence of the evaluation indicators.(3) Using experts interviewing to modified default indicators and determine the final form of evaluation indicators on contextual performance.This article verified the necessity of contextual performance in H systems and gave8 indicators to evaluate it as follow:"give recognition when you colleague make success" "treat people fairly", "take the initiative to help others", "Attention to the working relationship between the transfer——when one's hand work impacts on others, make communication timely", "Take the initiative to solve problems", "work strictly and pay attention to details", "pay extra time to finish work timely", "comply with the order strictly", "maintain the team united", "give suggestion to upgrade the organization". These indicators will give support to improve the management for H systems.
