Convention And Exhibition Industry Research, The Impact Of The Export Trade

The exhibition industry is an industrial form featured strong relevance and high yield rate, with the development of a nation's service industry. And it has become a crucial part in China's modern service field, as well as one of the most active industries in our country. As a number of WTO, China's export scale keeps increasing. However, the export structure adjustment and optimization is still a problem for the country. China became the second largest import country in the world in 2009, and it is expected to be the No.1 largest export nation globally. As an institutional innovation in the international trade field, the exhibition industry is bound to affect China's export industry deeply. It lures a large number of exhibitors from more than 200 countries. The China Export Commodities Fair, a frontrunner international conference and exhibition in China. The yearly turnover of it accounts for a quarter of the figure of the whole nation. Especially, the booming development of the exhibition industry makes a valuable contribution to the nation's export trade evolution.In the thesis, I researched on the topic that the effect of the exhibition industry to the export trade on the basis of the related theory of the exhibition industry and export trade. According to the relevant exhibition industry paper,I further determined the direction of research. Therefore, in the third chapter of the author summarizes the development of international exhibition industry, summarizes the current situation of the development of the international exhibition. Then described the international convention and exhibition industries in developed countries, analyzes the general development of mice industry of all countries. This article analyzes the exhibition industry and export trade theories, using theoretical and empirical combination of methods tentative research on export trade exhibition industry has the effect. The fourth chapter basically analysis China exhibition industry and the present situation of the development of export trade, and points out that exhibition industry on China's export trade influence mechanism. This article from the export trade cost, scale and structure, explores positive impact on three aspects of China's export trade. The empirical results show that exhibition industry competitiveness index and export trade related indexes exist positive correlation, the prosperity of the exhibition industry in China to expand the scale of China's export trade, speed up by primary products export trade to manufactured goods change, help traditional trade to realize the transition. Finally, according to the results from the conclusion, and for exhibition industry and the coordinated development of the export trade provide corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
