SNS(Social Network Sites)is an internet platform for people to communicate with each other. SNS originated from the United States and now it is very popular around the world. The famous social network site is Facebook. There are over hundreds of millions registered users around the world.It made SNS market very prosperous around the country. SNS has gradually entered the mainstream culture. No matter its business value or entertaining value, SNS's value has become prominent day by day. SNS is very important business model.The essay is a detailed study of Chinese and Korean social network sites' business model. Though analysis of two famous social network sites (kaixin001.com and cyworld.com), according to social network sites' situations in two country, it comes up with a conclusion that the most important thing for SNS development is how to attract users, how to avoid the loss of users, and how to make a profit; while the exact user positioning, products' innovation and market analysis.At the same time, the essay finds that there are some problems about the development of SNS business model and profit ways, etc. After comparing two site (kaixin001.com and cyworld.com) with the different marketing strategy.Hopefully, This Comparison study of SNS in China and Korea studies can be helpful for the development of SNS in China and Korea.
