At present,Internet technology is becoming popular,and the corresponding network technology and people's living standards have been significantly improved.The development of B2 C e-commerce industry in China is being accelerated by these factors,and is expanding constantly in terms of market size.This paper chooses Jumei.com as the research object,analyzes its profit mode,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions on how to optimize the company's management strategy,hoping to provide reference for other peers.Based on the specific research,combining the profit model theory and the electricity supplier profit model theory,we analyze the research achievements both at home and abroad,and define their contents,methods and classifications separately,so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the whole paper.Then,introduce the specific development of Jumei.com electric business,and take this as a starting point to analyze the profit mode adopted by the company,and explore its financial and corresponding financial indicators.After the analysis of vip.com and the Jingdong store in the operation mode and profit model,and compare with Jumei.com,we find out what are the problems and shortcomings from Jumei.com,and finally on how to improve and optimize the Jumei.com profit model and put forward some suggestions,provide great inspiration to other similar enterprises.Jumei.com B2 C as one of the representatives of enterprises in the electricity supplier industry,the enterprise achieves profitability through continuous accumulation and development,while maintaining profitability is thanks to its excellent profit model,the superiority of the profit model mainly in the three points:one is the market positioning of Jumei.com which is very accurate,and highlights the unique characteristics in the profit model,combined with specific characteristics of the domestic market and its development status in the domestic cosmetics enthusiasts as corporate profits in the positioning of object;the second is making the purchase of marketing mode,carefully every day hundreds of selected and mass consumer demand consistent cosmetics as cheap promotional products,and the provisions for limited time sale and these authentic cosmetics in the price is far lower than the market price,this is very attractive to customers,but in the " The new model of"entertainment + e-commerce" will enable the enterprise to achieve continuous profit.Jumei.com also launched 100% authentic,100% shot and opened 30 days unconditional return policy,and strive to bring a beautiful surprise for every girl;the third is Jumei.com's focus on building long-term cooperation with the major cosmetics suppliers,this has authorized the exclusive product advantages,and the enterprises to build their own logistics channels,the competitive advantage is obtained highlights.This paper puts forward some suggestions in the last part on the Jumei.com profit model,hoping Jumei.com will emphasize the characteristic and individuality in the future development,win customers and the market,take its own development path.
