With the quick development of B Company, the R&D ability becomes more and more important and the increasing research Project arises new challenge to the traditional Project management. For these reasons, the B company has faced with the following problems, which is how to distribute the limited resources efficiently, how to improve the R&D efficiency, how to avoid R&D risk under the market orientation.In this paper, we studied the R&D Project management status of B Company and researched the problems and its orientation which impeded the company's development. Combing with the new development of western R&D Project management and the new experience of R&D Project management of native high-tech enterprise, we designed a new pattern of R&D project management pattern for B Company, named Interactive R&D project management pattern. According this new management pattern, a virtual organization was established, which can realize a total collaborative cooperation between departments. By applying the theory of Path Management Process, the dynamic adaptation of R&D project management process was optimized. A multi-stage development method was applied in the control of R&D process. The project reviewing was applied step by step, for the purpose of regarding the client as emphasis and speeding the product development process. According to our idea, the R&D management scheme was made, the problems which maybe appear was analyzed in detail and the further optimization idea was also proposed.
