With the knowledge economy coming, the talent are more and more important,and the training is also attracted the attention of the managers,especially the gold-staff training. as every company wants to have more and more gold-staffs to enhance the core competitiveness, but,only a little research in this area Currently in our country. In this context,the purpose of studying the training mode of gold-staff,is to explore this issue and provide some meaningful suggestions.The major works are:1,Compare the general staff training and the gold-staff training,and point out the problems in that and the cause; 2, Analyze the needs of the gold-staff training,design the training mode from Training content,methods,Evaluation and incentive.and Some valuable suggestions are given;3,Analyze the gold-staff training of Weisi company,point out the weak points and give my suggestions.The main conclusions of the article are:the gold-staff training is more complex than the general staff training; The gold-staff training model is a systematic project,from the requirements analysis to the training achievements,we need to have a perfect system and evaluation; In gold-staff training,Motivation plays a very important role,the gold-staff need comprehensive motivation.
