China's Civil Aviation Safety Management System Study

With the rapid development of China's civil aviation transportation,the concept of civil aviation security management also enjoys vast popular support including security policy,risk management,security assurance,security promotion etc.It means to request civil aviation enterprises to adopt a systematic approach to identify hazards.It requires to take timely measures to mitigate or restraint risks,and conduct a continuous monitoring and regular assessment of security level.The provision of the management approach means much to the change of the concept of civil aviation security management that civil aviation security management systems orientation has converted from the post-administration to preventing in advance.It will greatly reduce the accident,while reducing the risk of various incidental losses and enhance the performance of the civil aviation security management.EVA Air flight security record has been unanimously endorsed at home and abroad for many years,especially in the successful practice for the development of civil aviation security management,providing a strong reference for the further development.EVA Air's security management system includes three important pillars such as the corporatization (Corporate Approach),organized tools and system (Organization Tools)and security monitoring system (Security Oversight).The main contents are policies and objectives for security,risk management,security assurance and security promotion.The four parts link together to promote,facilitate security management as a closed-loop system,which can give full play to the role of security guarantee.Advanced presentation system dispatch operations,particularly the contribution of EVA Air Security prominent mode for the operation through artificial intelligence,strengthening the dispatchers and the communication between the pilots and reduce the human error of the traditional dispatch during operation,greatly enhancing the the flight security.The security management system construction of China's civil aviation enterprise is still in the initial.The Civil Aviation Authority,as well as civil aviation enterprises have carried out an active exploration and practice,clearly establishing objectives and tasks of security management system.However,the current security management system in our country still have many problems.We want to analyse problems in the practicing process,thus putting forward some views and advice for the development of civil aviation.
