Research On Development Strategy Of YiLian Company At The Background Of Transforming Military Organization To Civil

From the end of the 1970s, the government set the guideline with "transforming from military to civil" for national defence industries. The military industrial groups implement this development strategy on the basis of themselves' development demand. This transforming work is successive to the present day.Military industrial units only if implement the enterprise strategy management, could identify itself and making full use of their own advantages in the more and more complex and changeable market conditions. Then succeed in "transforming from military to civil" process, and maintain the competitive advantage.In Aug.2009, to expand the space of civil departments'scope of business and production, flexible response to the market competition, CAAA decide to build an independent company for the fiber-sensing security management systems. After one year's preparation, the YiLian company established and started operations.The thesis comprehensively use the enterprise strategy management theory, and PEST, SWOT analysis, from macroscopic to microcosmic environment, detailed analyses the level of competition and the business environment of YiLian company, analyses the company's competitive advantage and disadvantage, opportunities and challenges, get out the differences between YiLian and main competitors, on this basis, establish an overall strategic goal---"deeply researching on technology, widely digging in resource, carefully strengthening the brand, quickly occupying the market" for YiLian company. And give a particular strategic planning and implementation plan.In the course of study, the writer seriously using the experience which are accumulated in years'work, try best to realize the association between the theories and realities.
