Corporate culture is the unquie cultural management model formed by an enterprise from its start-up to development. It represents the enterprise's specialties and combines together the enterprise's core values, entrepreneurial spirit, management philosophy, business philosophy, the management system and staff code of conduct. As the foundation of the enterprise's all concepts, systems and technologies, core value is just the spirit power and soul of the enterprise. It is the values and guidelines co-owned by business organizations and its members. It is also the foundation of forming enterprises' individual culture. If we want to shape corporate culture, we must first create corporate core values and guided by the core values, we can build Spiritual culture, institutional culture, behavior culture, and material culture for the enterprise.In the aspect of corporate culture construction, Chinese private enterprises are in a low level limited by history culture, social system and development level. The strong sense of "official position" exists in corporate culture and they construct a money-incentive, semi-administrative enforcement of the state-run enterprise management model which(?) heavily limits innovation of the enterprises. This thesis takes H Electric Industrial Group Co. Ltd. for example which with the private enterprise's covering but the state-owned enterprise's mentality, using the relevant principles and knowledge of corporate culture and from the perspective of core values, in-depth compares and analyses the H's current difficulties of corporate culture construction, and then finds reasons and countermeasures, re-refining the enterprise's core values. Meanwhile, it takes the core values as the basis to relocate H's corporate culture, and expand exploration and research of cultural management innovation.
