Construction Project Cost Control

Complex construction site now, and many factors of instability, the problems exposed construction, and construction cost management of construction projects uneven level, gave the cost control of construction projects is a big difficulty and risk. Strengthen the construction project cost management, project cost management to go the path of harmonization, which is to enhance the competitiveness of construction enterprises, construction companies realize the only way to sustainable development.Project cost management in facilities management is becoming increasingly important, this paper analyzes the current status of domestic and international projects on the basis of cost management , combined with the construction project development processes and characteristics and the current cost management system, summed up the construction project cost control system, the proposed construction project cost, schedule, quality control and management coordination of ideas, and studied earned value analysis, the use of project S curve, cost and schedule variance analysis table tools such as the cost of the project to coordinate the construction process analysis and forecasting, progress of the project cost control information, and finally provide examples, earned value analysis theory is proposed based on the construction project cost control in the practical application.In this paper, the idea for the harmonization of construction project cost control, has a very important practical significance, can be effective construction project cost control, but also for other projects to provide a reference for cost control.
