In the planned economic system period, men and women enjoyed the same job opportunities and the wage is fixed, nearly have no gender gap. With the development of market economy, the wage gap between male and female has gradually widening, Gender wage gap has become a common phenomenon in the the world's labor market, and has aroused the concern of domestic and foreign scholars' attentions. Although many scholars try to solve this gender wage problem through the analysis, there is still the phenomenon of gender wage gap, and there is the controversial on gender wage gap. The foreign literature had analyzed the reasons of gender wage gap from the human capital theory, gender discrimination theory and labor structure theory aspects. China's literature mainly focus on the causes of the gender wage gap between industry, regional, and occupation. Most scholars think the gender discrimination is the main reason of the gender wage gap, and the study mainly focus on the average wage gap, Few scholars analyzed the gender wage problem between the people who has the same characteristics. This paper try to analyze the college teacher wage gap from this aspect.College is a place where is full of human capital, the human capital of college teacher is important for college's development. With the increasing of women teacher, women's developments should be taked seriously. The capital of college teacher usually form as wage. As for women teachers, they pay more attentions on the wage gap between the men who has the same human capital with her. So the gender wage gap of college teachers has aroused scholars' attentions. The present study of college gender wage gap mainly focus on the factors which influenced the wage gap, few from the gender prospect. On the control of the difference of industry and region, This study choose the college teacher as the object. Study the characters of the gender wage gap of teachers and the major factors.Firstly, choose one college for example, analyze the present situation and the changes of college teacher wage gap, then from the theroty aspect analyze the influenced factors.Secondly, from the sex aspect and outside factor analyze the college wage gap,based on this analyze other factors'influence.Finally, based on the above analysis, we concluded that:(1)there do have gender wage gap in college teachers, but do not influenced by the gender discrimination factors; (2) University of gender wage differences include the impact of two aspects, one is thet teacher's length of service, titles and other objective factors; second is female teachers or their own gender inernal influence the level of gender discrimination, in another word is the achievement motivation of female teachers, competition and other subjective factors. The gender gap of internal factor can influence the outside factor, the outside factor may cause gender wage gap, so the college teacher wage gap is related with with the gender factor. So the college gender wage gap is related with the inside gender discrimination. There is the perceived source of gender discrimination behind the fair. The self-discrimination caused by the context of role-based on the women.Accordingly, to reduce the gender wage gap we conclude some advice for college teacher:Strengthening the awareness of human capital investment of female teachers; enhance self-awareness of female teachers and improve competitiveness; to overcome the dual task of family and social constraints; to create policy environmen which suits for the female teachers'development...
